Let me tell you, we had the most very nice dinner on the beach, and the host sang for me-it felt like a scene straight outta some romantic movie! And Cassandra at the pool was just amazing, her energy really lifted our spirits, she treated us like family.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare! After waiting nearly five hours, one room was half cleaned and another was filthy with hair all over. This whole experience ruined our first night and left us completely exhausted and frustrated. I've never encountered such poor service at any hotel.

I loved lounging by the pool, and the live entertainment was a fun bonus each night. The outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. It would’ve been nice to have cream for my coffee in the room, but overall, I had a great time! 🌴

The Junior Suite Garden View featured a spacious layout, blending comfort with tropical décor. The adults-only atmosphere provided a peaceful environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Check-in was a hassle since the room wasn’t ready until almost 3 PM despite arriving early. The décor expectations fell flat, as the requested birthday decor didn’t materialize, leading to a lack of personalization for our special occasion. Additionally, the food lacked authentic Jamaican flavors, which was disappointing for someone expecting a true taste of the locale. The limited evening entertainment options left much to be desired, making the nightlife experience seem underwhelming.
